Welcome to Wag Away, llc. Pet Services

As a small pet business I strive to provide a fun, safe, environment for your pets.  Beyond looking after your pets, I spend considerable amount of  time supporting clients through reservations, intake process, invoicing, scheduling, pick-up/drop-off, social media, website, and more....

Please understand that "Changes, Cancellations and No Show" Policy ensures I am able to offer the best possible service to my clients and their pets, while maintaining a sustainable business model.  I have limited time and space available for services and am often fully booked.  A short-notice change or cancellation does not provide adequate time to fill a reserved space and I lose on income, which for a small business like mine is a big deal.

I am dedicated to my schedule and your needs.



Service Agreement

Terms of Service:

By filling out the Service Agreement Form below, you agree to the following terms:

Service/Fees/Cancelation:

  1. Business hours fall between: Dusk to Dark Monday-Saturday .  Services are usually completed during these hours, but can be flexible if needed.
  2. To guarantee a service commitment for your pet, total cost of pet care is due at time of initial booking and is non-transferable/non-refundable.  This includes HOLIDAYS 
  3. On Holidays, an additional $25 charge will be added to that day’s pricing.  All charges are non-refundable/non-transferable  
  4. A handling charge of $75 or half the total amount (whichever is greater) will be added to all RETURNED checks.
  5. Refund and Cancelation Policy: For a FULL refund, you must cancel 30 days prior to service date.  NO refunds if the client cancels or comes home early.  
  6. If the client plans to lengthen their trip they must contact WA,LLC 12-hours in advance of the last pet care day in order to be put back on the schedule. Owner agrees to pay the additional fee incurred promptly upon their return. 
  7. If another is staying at clients’ home (adult, housekeeper) while the client is out of town, WA,LLC can NOT be held responsible for care of pets outside of visit.  
  8. If WA, LLC agrees to accept a pet/client, all pets must be walked on a leash. Times of service have a 2-hour window on each side of agreed time. 
  9. It is up to the client to provide appropriate working equipment. 
  10. Any malfunction of pet equipment, WA, LLC is not liable if the animal escapes. 

Medical:  

  1. The client understands that all pets (where appropriate), must be current with all vaccinations.  Including: Rabies, Distemper & Parvo 
  2. WA, LLC will not be liable if your pet bites or attacks another animal/person while in our care. This includes expenses if your animal is attacked by another animal while in our care. 
  3. WA, LLC reserves the right to take pet(s) to the nearest veterinarian. Client is responsible for all charges. 
  4. VET: I authorize WA, LLC employee/independent contractor to act as my agent in the event that my pet needs medical attention.  I further agree that I (the client),will be responsible for any and all costs of any veterinary care deemed necessary  by the licensed veterinarian.

WEATHER

  1. Due to ever changing weather in Colorado, WA, LLC reserves the right to do a shorter walk or quick outdoor potty break but will stay and play/groom for an amount of time contracted. 
  2. WA, LLC reserves the right to “increase the rate for “time spent in the car,” due to road conditions and weather. 
  3. WA, LLC will carry liability insurance. A copy of the insurance policy is available on the website and upon request.  
  4. WA, LLC has the right to change Service Agreement at ANY time and CLIENTS may request a written copy.  Service Agreement will be updated on website: WWW.WAGAWAY80446.COM. 
  5. Photo Release: I the undersigned/Client, do hereby consent and agree that WA, LLC has the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recording of my pets and to use these in any and all media. Now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of marketing and business development.

This agreement is made and entered on the date submitted, by and between Wag Away, LLC of Granby, CO (hereinafter referred to as “WA, LLC”) and Client; as entered in the "Name" field in the form, (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) residing/physical address: as entered in the "Physical Address" field in the form (hereinafter referred to as “Premises”)

Quality Care for Your Furry Family

As a new client, you will start by filling out our Service Agreement and  Pet Profile Forms. These forms are just to contact me.

  • Please feel free to call 970-281-7045, if you have any questions at all.
  • After I receive your  Forms I will contact you to find out more about your needs.
  • Next, I will come over for a new client consultation (Meet & Greet). This is a great opportunity to ensure that I am the correct fit for your family, and that your family is a great fit for my pack .  
  • Consultation/Meet and Greets have  small fee.
  • After your consultation/Meet & Greet, you will submit scheduling
    requests via text or email and you will be a part of the Wag Away PACK!
  • I call clients on Sunday's to confirm following weeks visits.
  • After each visit, you will receive a text and picture with update of YOUR furry family members.
